Wednesday Recipe: Garlic Ginger Grilled Shrimp

 

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated and peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  • Prepare grill.
  • Toss shrimp with all ingredients in a medium bowl until coated.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until done.
